The Woman Behind the Method

For years I've built movements, curated experiences, and developed leaders, long before I had language for what I was actually doing. The turning point came when I discovered my own methodology: the repeatable process underneath everything I created.

That's the work I do now. I help women see the framework hidden inside their own lives: the patterns, the gifts, and the wisdom they've already earned but can't yet name.

How the Process Works

This is not a cohort. There's no waiting for a start date. It begins the moment you register. A deeply guided, one on one process you move through at your own pace.

The Prework

You dive into your patterns of impact and turn in a detailed summary of your life's work. This is what you bring to begin your 1:1 sessions with Giselle.

Your Opening Zoom

We go over what to expect, walk through the prework, and do the mindset work to build the time blocks and scheduling that will carry you to the finish.

Two 2 Hour 1:1 Sessions with Giselle

Each session comes with specific, mandatory homework. Completing and turning in your homework is what ignites access to the next session.

Detailed Feedback Between Sessions

The work is reviewed with detailed feedback and deliverables by WhatsApp and email, plus emergency Zooms when deemed necessary.

Graduate Within 3 Months

It's at your own pace, but we recommend a three month goal. Beyond that, the percentage who don't finish climbs, and our mission is that everyone who begins, finishes.
